Question Types
Surveyo™ Web Survey Software supports a very flexible question type structure including regular question types such as select one radio button types, text entries; it also provides a good flexibility to create a matrix question table of any of the regular question types, giving you more flexibility to collect multiple choices in a matrix table question or a free form text entry as a matrix presented question. |

Survey Functionality
This is how the survey is presented to respondents; survey functionality refers to how the survey is presented and what the respondent sees. The survey can be rendered in different modes (as designed, one question per page, or all in one page). The flow of the survey can be managed using skip logic also known as branching. Information entered by a respondent can determine what question is asked next. You can work with survey structure and logic to come up with a custom survey experience that is optimized for each respondent's answers and choices. A good example to illustrate this is having one of the questions asking what type of vehicle you purchased recently. You don't want to ask the same questions regardless whether the customer bought a sport car or a truck, this is where you can get powerful targeted questions without making your survey 60 questions long and without extensive confusing directions. You can also apply dynamic filters to reports; as an example you can add a region as a filter item so your report will reflect the results only for selected regions.
