Questionnaire templates are a good way of implementing a tested and professional questionnaire and surveys quickly and effectively. Templates are usually created by survey professionals and went through testing and feedback from users and customers.
Surveyo™ provide multiple templates that answer specific business need such as customer questionnaires, employee questionnaires, or general questionnaire templates such as satisfaction, attitudes, and more. You can start from a template to customize your questionnaire or survey, or create your own questionnaire based on pieces and questions from other templates.
These are a very short points to consider while looking at a questionnaire template or trying to design a questionnaire:
1. Avoid long questions
When questions are too long they often become ambiguous and confusing.
2. Establish the frame of reference you have in mind.
Don’t ask: How many magazines do you read?
Ask: Which magazines do you read?
3. Protect your respondent’s ego
Don’t ask: Do you know the name of the chief justice of the Supreme Court?
Ask: Do you happen to know the name of the chief justice of the Supreme Court?
4. Questions should be limited to a simple idea or a single reference.
5. Questions need to have a certain pattern of order, preferably grouped by topic.
